What are the delivery timelines for services?
Ready saree finishing usually takes 2–5 working days. Custom stitching and maggam work timelines depend on design complexity and will be shared at the time of booking.

Yes, express service may be available for urgent requirements such as weddings or events. Additional charges may apply depending on urgency and design work involved.

How do I provide my measurements for the blouse?
Once you place your order, our styling team will reach out to you via WhatsApp. We will provide a simple measurement guide and can even get on a Live Video Call to help you.
Can I choose a custom neck design or Maggam work?
Yes! We specialize in Artisan Maggam work. You can share a reference image or choose from our signature Sampradaya designs. We will discuss the patterns and additional charges during your consultation.
How long does it take to stitch and ship?
Standard stitching usually takes 7–10 days, while intricate Maggam work may take 15–20 days. We then use express international shipping (DHL/FedEx) to ensure your "ready-to-wear" saree reaches the USA, UK, or Canada in 5–7 business days.
What is "Fall and Pico" finishing?
To ensure your saree drapes perfectly and the edges don't fray, we add a cotton "Fall" to the bottom inner border and perform "Pico" (fine overlocking) on the edges. This is included in our Drape Perfection service so your saree is event-ready the moment it arrives.
Can you stitch the blouse if I send a sample from the USA?
While we prefer using our measurement guide and video consultation, many of our NRI clients send us their best-fitting blouse via courier to our Gachibowli studio. We can keep your measurements on file for all your future orders!
